OMG!

Ok. Last saturday evening, I was at home watching tv. Well, not really watching... was more skimming channels than anything. I noticed this pretty girl in a movie on Chinese Star Movies.  It didnt really make an impact and I skimmed through it about 3 times.  Then about 11ish, I cycled back and saw that same girl singing a korean remake of a blondie hit.  Boom. I was starstruck. For some arcane reason I couldnt take my eyes of the set. Even after the movie ended, I couldnt sleep and now several days later Im still combing the net for anything I can find about her. Obsessed much? Yah, I guess I am. lols

Anyways, If anyone's interested the movie is "200 pounds beauty" and the actress is Kim Ah Joong.

Wow. I'm Back.

lol.

Well, not really back as in I'm back to trying to write loads of stuff. I'm not. I realize I'm too lazy for this crap.  However, I do reserve the right to post from time to time, just to exercise my creative organs ya understand.

So what has been happening to me lately?

Nothing much, I guess. I made a couple of new friends.  I bought a new cellphone. And I learned how to cook. Imagine that. lol.  Crazy as it sounds, I finally learned how to cook. I mean, granted its just like 4 or 5 dishes but still Im pretty confident I can swing a minor get-together without ordering for take out now.  Lemme see, what do I know how to do? I used to be able to cook just steak, kaldereta, the usual fried stuff like eggs and hotdogs plus a couple of pasta dishes. For father's day, however, I treated myself to a cooking lesson (O_o okay, thats not really your usual father's day activity but I think I really improved myself yesterday. :p). I learned to cook Buttered Chicken, Hot (& Cold) Chicken Pork Salad,  Prawns with Chili Garlic Sauce, Beef Asparagus with mushrooms, and Stuffed Squid.  Now doesn't that sound delish? :D

So I wanna talk about my new super duper hi tech cellphone.  Its crap really, considering who made it.  But its really nice crap.  I bought it from a techie friend who imported the things from china. Yes, China.  Anyways, for a measly 10 grand I got a touch screen phone, with all the bells and whistles like external memory, Hi-def display, great 1.3m cam, really loud sounds, USB connectivity, 2 battery packs and a desktop charger. It doesnt have bluetooth but what it does have is simultaneous dual sim capability. Yes, SIMULTANEOUS >:D  That means I got 2 sim cards loaded into my crap and you can call or sms or whatever them both at the same time, no need for switching. Thats cool. :D

Oh yeah, if youre thinking of getting a huge lawn or garden or shyte like that... dont.

It's morning. So I start the day like I usually do. I get up, brush my teeth, take a shower, go to the office, check my mail. Anyways, I start reading a friend's blog and she was like talking about relationships and guy friends and how she's kinda given up on the idea of boyfriends and stuff like that. Of course I hadda reply (I always seem to have an opinion about everything) which led me to wonder why I spend more time reading her postings and replying to them than writing my own.

Reasons:

1. One reason could be the fact that I'm too lazy to write my own stuff and prefer to post comments over creating something original. 
- I'm pretty sure that's a legitimate argument.

2. Perhaps I fancy this girl as not only is she intellectually stimulating, she's a total looker as well.
- I like reading about her thoughts and I like looking at her, but I don't know her. Possible, but I doubt it.

3.  Maybe I'm lonely and replying to her journal simulates a real conversation.
- I talk to people all the time so I think I'm not that lonely.

Hmmm... eeny meeny miny moe!

I don't really know why, to be perfectly honest I don't really care either. lol.  It's just a random question that popped into my mind and like Dorothy, I had to follow the yellow brick road.  She is something though, so I'll prolly keep following her adventures for a while. It's not everyday you find a lady who looks that good be that fun to talk to (even if I did so twice since last year hehe). I just hope she doesn't start thinking creepy thoughts about me. ROFLMAO!

Have you ever noticed that traffic is always worse when  you're in a hurry? Or that out of two things to happen, the worse one always does? For some reason it always happens to me :(

Like this morning.  See, I play an online game called Utopia.  It's a browser based game where you play a province in a kingdom of 25 where each province is managed by a real person.  Now our kingdom was in a war with another kingdom for the past 2 days and it ends at exactly 8:00 this morning.  I tried to time my previous attacks so that my army returns (my attack time averages 10 hours) home before cease-fire giving me one more opportunity to grab some acres (they return 30 mins before 8 :p).

Ok. I was talking about bad luck, right? Well, the first challenge I had to hurdle was that I had to be at work by 7:30 which was about the same time my army returns. So I decided to go to work early, and play from there. Easy, just a gimme. Unfortunately I woke up late and then I had to attack for my brother too which I thought would be no problem since his army returned much earlier than mine did BUT my isp chose that particular time to get congested (which almost never happens) and slow down my connection speed (how inconsiderate :p). Fine. I was off-schedule but I managed to get everything done in record time and sped to a block away from the office 20 minutes before 8. Then disaster struck again.  My car stopped and wouldn't start.  Wow. Talk about bad luck. I thought that was it as I couldn't lock the car doors and come back for it later. Fortunately a company driver was already at the office and I got him to come and take care of everything (seems my battery had run down, it was bought in 2004 lol), and I got to the office, logged in and was done 1 minute and 10 seconds before 8:00. LOL!

I can't really say if I was luck or unlucky... maybe I was both :S
In any case, I thought it was worth writing about. hehe

I have always considered myself a good writer. Ive written short stories, poems and even speeches which were used by people from clubs and as oratorical pieces by people in school. But. (there is always a but, isn't there?) Talking without an assigned topic has always been difficult for me. It's kinda like starting to work on a graphic with a vague kinda foggy (?) image in your mind but certain that you'll be able to create a masterpiece. You know it's possible and that it might even be easy, but you're really stuck at how to start it.

So, everybody start clapping your hands. I've finally written a blog with more than a single sentence! LOL!

Oh well, well see how it goes.
